Contextual Inquiry - Arbor Spray Foam

Challenge:

As part of a Contextual Inquiry and Project Management course, my team analyzed the internal processes asociated with client contacts, creation of budgets, foam instalation and follow ups.

Process:

• Structured user interviews
• Team interpretation sessions
• Affinity diagram creation and analysis
• Brainstorming sessions to formulate short and long-term solutions
• Presentation of results to client

My Role:

I served as the GSI liaison for our team, Iwas in charge of having all the deliverables handed in on time and in the correct formats. I created a project plan to help keep track of the projects advances. I created an artifact model to help illustrate how the artifacts that were being used affect the communication within the company. Together with my team I helped give our final presentation in class, and helped write and edit the final recommendations report.

Outcome:

The client found our research and recommendations valuable.
